Ask users to rate something from 1 to 5.

What is a Survey?

Prompt users to submit a rating or complete a survey. No answers are correct/incorrect.

Quick steps: how to create & edit a Survey page

  1. Open Authoring. Create or open a , or .

  2. Open the Editor.

  3. Add a Survey / Rating page. Select the + icon and choose Survey / Rating from the Add Page options.

  4. Edit the page. Select the page to view , and select Update to add and edit content.

  5. Enter headings, choose a theme and icons, and add survey/rating response options. The question heading and question can contain 24 and 144 characters respectively. Under Options, choose a Theme Colour and preferred Rating Icons (1-5, Sad, Distress, Worried, Confused, or Painful). Enter a rating description for each of the five options. By default, these are 1-5.

  6. Save.

Options & Settings

Theme Colour. Select an alternative colour to override the theme default.

Rating Icons. 1-5 (Default), Sad - Happy, Distress - Comfortable, Worried - Positive, Confused - Comfortable, or Painful - Comfortable.

There are no correct answers in a Survey / Rating. This page should be used if you need to assess user sentiment.
