What is a Photo Assignment?

This page can be used to create a Photo Assignment by asking users to upload their images/photos.

Quick steps: how to create & edit a Photo Assignment page

1. Open Authoring. Create or open a Learning Story, Assessment or Survey content type.

2. Open the Editor.

3. Add a Photo Assignment page. Select the + icon and choose Photo Assignment from the Add Page options.

4. Enter a title and a question. Up to 24 and 144 characters respectively.

5. Background Colour. Select an alternative background colour if you wish to override the theme default.

6. Write a placeholder. Leave instructions for the user on what they are expected to submit.

7. Label up to four (4) image slots. Enter a label / relevant title for each image slot (max. 14 characters) to guide the user. You can deselect slots depending on how many images need to be uploaded.

8. Save.

Where can I find the Photo Assignment uploads submitted by users?

You can see your users' text responses in your Story Analytics, under Media Assignments in Analytics.
